Welcome to the Falls City Area Advent/Christmas Devotional provided by the Falls City Area Ministerial Association (FCAMA). We are glad you have chosen to spend Advent and Christmas dwelling in the story of God, who chose to dwell with us in the person of Jesus.
Advent is the season in which we are given a chance to celebrate our joyously active hope that Christ Jesus has come and will return to renew the world (Revelation 21:1-6). As in years past, we will continue our Devotional through the Christmas season, which stretches from the evening of December 24th (the Incarnation or “enfleshment” of Christ) through January 6th (the Epiphany or “appearing” of Christ to the Magi).
The texts flow as follows: Thursday through Saturday prepares us for the coming Sunday, while Monday through Wednesday reflect on the previous Sunday.
